We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants in our events, including conferences, webinars, and training sessions. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all participants, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees, to ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone


Expectations for All Participants
Harassment-Free Environment: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all participants. Do not share personal information or content without explicit permission.


Constructive Engagement: Engage in discussions and activities in a constructive, respectful, and professional manner. Be open to differing viewpoints and constructive criticism.


Additional Guidelines for Speakers
Content Quality: Ensure that your presentations and materials are accurate, well-researched, and relevant to the audience. Avoid plagiarism and properly attribute all sources.


Respectful Communication: Communicate your ideas clearly and respectfully. Avoid offensive language, discriminatory remarks, and personal attacks.
Audience Interaction: Encourage audience participation and questions, and respond to inquiries with courtesy and respect.


Additional Guidelines for Sponsors
Ethical Promotion: Promote your products or services in an ethical and respectful manner. Avoid aggressive sales tactics or misleading information.


Respect for Space and Time: Respect the event schedule and designated spaces for promotional activities. Do not disrupt sessions or other activities with promotional efforts.


Supportive Partnership: Collaborate with event organizers to enhance the overall experience for participants. Provide value through your sponsorship and engage positively with attendees.


Additional Guidelines for Attendees
Active Participation: Engage actively in sessions, workshops, and discussions. Ask questions, share insights, and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.


Respect for Presenters and Peers: Be respectful and considerate in your interactions with presenters and fellow attendees. Avoid disruptive behavior and respect the time and contributions of others.


Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to event organizers and participants to help improve future events. Share your thoughts respectfully and thoughtfully.


Reporting and Enforcement
Reporting Violations: If you witness or experience any behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, report it to event organizers immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and taken seriously.


Consequences: Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may be subject to appropriate action, including warning, expulsion from the event, and exclusion from future events. Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
