TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELEGATES

  1. DEFINITIONS
    In these Terms and Conditions, the term "DELEGATE" refers to any individual who has registered to attend an event, conference, seminar, or similar activity organized by Navigo Seminars. The term "EVENT" refers to the specific event, conference, seminar, or similar activity detailed in the accompanying documentation. "ORGANISER" refers to Navigo Seminars or its lawful assignee.

  2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
    (a) All registrations are subject to acceptance by the Organiser, and the Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
    (b) Payment for the registration must be made in full by the due date specified on the invoice or at the time of registration. Failure to make payment by the specified date may result in the cancellation of the registration and forfeiture of any fees paid.
    (c) All purchases are subject to GST as per Indian Laws.

  3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
    More than 30 days before the Event: 20% of registration fees and an administrative fee of 2%
    Between 15 to 30 days before the Event: 50% of the registration fee.
    Less than 15 days before the Event: No refund
    (a) If a Delegate wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify the Organiser in writing. The following cancellation charges shall apply:
    (b) No refunds will be made for non-attendance.
    (c) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, a full refund will be provided. If the Event is rescheduled, Delegates will have the option to attend on the new date or receive a full refund.
    Refunds are proceed within 5 working days from cancellation.

  4. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
    Delegates may transfer their registration to another individual by providing written notice to the Organiser at least 7 days before the Event. The substitute Delegate must agree to comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to the original Delegate.

  5. EVENT PROGRAM AND CHANGES
    (a) The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Event as advertised. However, the Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, speakers, venue, and schedule as deemed necessary.
    (b) Any such changes will not entitle the Delegate to a refund or compensation, provided that the overall nature and quality of the Event remain substantially unchanged.

  6. DELEGATE RESPONSIBILITIES
    (a) Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and any other personal arrangements related to attending the Event.
    (b) Delegates must comply with all Event rules, regulations, and health and safety guidelines established by the Organiser and the venue. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Delegate who fails to comply with these requirements.

  7. CODE OF CONDUCT AND PRIVACY POLICY.
    (a) By registering for the Event, the Delegate agrees to adhere to the Code of Conduct as published on the Organiser’s website, which can be accessed at https://www.navigoseminars.com/code-of-conduct

    (b) The Delegate also agrees to the Organiser's Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and processing of personal data. The Privacy Policy is available at .https://www.navigoseminars.com/privacy-policy
    (c) Any breach of the Code of Conduct or Privacy Policy may result in the Delegate being removed from the Event without refund and may lead to further legal action if deemed necessary by the Organiser.

  8. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
    The Organiser will collect and process personal data provided by the Delegate in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy. This data will be used for the purposes of Event administration, communication, and to enhance the Delegate’s experience. By registering for the Event, the Delegate consents to the use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    (a) The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Delegate or their property arising from or in connection with their participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    (b) The Organiser’s total liability to the Delegate in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Event shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Delegate.

  10. FORCE MAJEURE
    The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, or strikes.

  11. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
    (a) The Organiser reserves the right to photograph, film, or record the Event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the Event, the Delegate consents to the use of their image, likeness, and voice in any such promotional materials.
    (b) Delegates are not permitted to photograph, film, or record any part of the Event without the prior written consent of the Organiser.

  12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All materials provided to Delegates at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the Organiser or its licensors. Delegates are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Organiser.

  13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Nagpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

  14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms and Conditions, together with the Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, and any related Event documentation, constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and the Delegate. No other terms, whether expressed or implied, shall form part of this agreement unless expressly agreed in writing by the Organiser.

  15. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  16. AMENDMENTS
    The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Delegate in writing. Continued attendance at the Event following such amendments will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
